WEAC announce registration for 2024 ,this is to inform all prospective candidate who are willing to register for the first series. Registration for the exam currently costs N27,000. Sales of pins will close on January 22nd, 2024.
REGISTRATION PERIOD:
The normal registration period is from Monday December 18th and ends January 22nd, 2024. Closing date for Generation of PIN is Friday, January 19 while Registration ends on Monday, January 22, 2024.
REGISTRATION FOR THE EXAMINATION:
Registration for WASSCE for Private Candidates, 2024-first Series will be online. After the Registration PIN, candidates should log on to https://www.waeconline.org.ng/ for registration. Candidates should also note that the registration procedure has been designed to accommodate biometric features that will be used for validation at the examination centres.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
Candidates are expected to pay a registration fee of Twenty Seven Thousand Naira (N27,000) only, at branches of any of the following banks or any accredited agent and obtain the Registration PIN and information VCD:

In addition, Candidates will be requested to pay five hundred naira (N500.00) commission to the banks/accredited agents.
WHERE TO REGISTER
Candidates can visit accredited banks, Cyber Cafes, WAEC offices and “WAEC REGISTRATION POINTS” nearest to them for PIN purchase and registration
COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION:
Candidates MUST conclude registration within two weeks of first access to the website during the registration period. They should ensure that their names, gender, passport photographs, dates of birth and subjects are correct. They are also to print the Admission Notice, as Evidence of successful registration, which will serve as identification during the examination. The Result Checker PIN will also be on the Admission Notice. The acceptable fingerprint Scanner is U are U digital Personal fingerprint device.
